Bus Aide/Driver (non-CDL)

Spark Community is seeking responsible, patient, and compassionate bus aides to join our transportation team. Bus aides assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of students while they are being transported to and from school or other approved activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
• Ensure all passengers are seated and wearing seat belts.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment on the bus.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, parents, and staff.
• Assist the bus driver during emergency situation or evacuations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the transportation supervisor or by school administration.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Earned high school diploma or equivalency.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Compensation: $11-13 per hour

Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday; split shift: morning shift and afternoon shift; no weekends; 4 open positions available
