Why Early Intervention Matters
Early intervention is crucial for identifying developmental delays. Most children who complete our EIDT program transition to public school without the need for special education services.
Services are aligned with the child’s ITP and may include:
- Habilitative Services: Cognition, communication, social/emotional development, motor skills, and self-care.
- Nursing Services: Available for medically fragile clients or those with complex needs, as prescribed by a physician.
- Therapy Services: Comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Our preschool provides additional services for children who experience significant delays:
- Occupational Therapy: Enhancing eye-hand coordination, pre-writing, grasping, sensory integration and more.
- Physical Therapy: Supporting mobility, muscle tone, and balance.
- Speech Therapy: Improving communication and language.
